At FIVRO, you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal and financial data at any time.

Delete your account from the FIVRO app

You can delete your account directly from within the FIVRO application.

When you choose to delete your account, FIVRO permanently deletes:

• Your personal profile information
• Your email address and phone number
• Your stored financial transactions
• Your income, expenses, and balance information
• Your financial profile
• All financial analyses and insights generated for your account

Uploaded bank and credit card files are not retained after processing and therefore are not stored as part of your account.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access your FIVRO account, you may request account deletion by contacting us. Please use the email address associated with your FIVRO account whenever possible.

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

What happens after deletion

Once your account has been deleted, the deletion is permanent and your account cannot be restored.

Certain information may be retained only when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, fraud prevention, security requirements, or for the establishment or defense of legal claims.
