FIVRO ("FIVRO", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and your financial information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and share information when you use the FIVRO mobile application and related services (the "Service").

FIVRO is currently available to users in Israel and is intended for individuals aged 18 and older.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a FIVRO account, we may collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Authentication information required to securely access your account

FIVRO supports authentication using email and password and may support biometric authentication on compatible devices. We may also use one-time passwords (OTP) to verify your identity. Passwords are securely stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plaintext or in a form that allows the original password to be recovered.

Financial Information

To provide financial analysis and insights, FIVRO allows you to upload financial data from your bank accounts and credit cards. We may process and store financial information including:

• Transactions
• Transaction dates
• Transaction amounts
• Merchant or service provider names
• Income
• Expenses
• Account balances
• Financial analysis and insights generated from this information

FIVRO does not store your bank account numbers or credit card numbers.

Files uploaded to FIVRO for processing are used to extract the relevant financial information and are deleted after processing is completed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your FIVRO account
• Authenticate and verify your identity
• Process financial information you provide
• Build and maintain your personal financial profile
• Categorize and analyze financial transactions
• Identify financial and spending patterns
• Generate personalized financial insights
• Present financial summaries, trends, and analysis
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
• Provide customer support
• Improve the functionality and reliability of FIVRO

We do not sell your personal or financial information. We do not use your personal financial information for third-party advertising.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Financial Analysis

FIVRO uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist in analyzing financial activity and generating insights.

For certain analyses, limited financial transaction information may be processed using OpenAI's API. The information sent for this purpose is limited to:

• Transaction amount
• Merchant or service provider
• Transaction date

We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, FIVRO user identifier, bank account number, or credit card number to OpenAI as part of this analysis.

The information is used solely for providing FIVRO's financial analysis and related functionality.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate FIVRO. These currently include:

Microsoft Azure
FIVRO's application infrastructure and databases are hosted using Microsoft Azure services.

OpenAI
Used to process limited financial transaction information for financial analysis and insights, as described above.

Resend
Used for sending authentication and verification communications, including one-time passwords (OTP).

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal and financial information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Because no electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security, we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal and financial information while your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service.

Accounts that remain inactive for more than six months may be deleted, together with the personal and financial information associated with those accounts.

Information may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, fraud prevention, security obligations, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your FIVRO account directly from within the FIVRO application. When your account is deleted, FIVRO deletes the personal information, stored financial information, financial profile, and analyses associated with your account, subject to any information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or financial information. We may disclose information:

• To service providers necessary to operate FIVRO
• When required by applicable law, court order, or lawful governmental request
• When reasonably necessary to protect FIVRO, our users, or others against fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the FIVRO business, subject to applicable privacy requirements

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to:

• Request information about personal data we maintain about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated information

10. Age Requirement

FIVRO is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer the Service to children under the age of 18.

11. Financial Information and Disclaimer

FIVRO provides tools designed to help users understand their financial activity and behavior. Financial analyses, classifications, projections, insights, and other information provided through FIVRO are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their financial decisions.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to FIVRO, applicable laws, technologies, or our data practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
